Complaints handling

We guarantee you quality of the apartment you bought during two years after the purchase was made. If during this period you have any quality claims, please inform us in writing. Our complaints specialist will contact you within three working days. The specialist will agree with you the date of visiting the property and on-site verification of the cause of your claim. If the claim is recognized and neither weather conditions nor other objective circumstances will hinder the repair, the cause of the claim will be eliminated in the agreed with you terms or within thirty days after visiting the property by our specialist.

In case the claim is not resolved by our employees in three working days from the date of receit, please contact the company management at e-mail info@bakovskarezidence.cz. In such an exceptional case, the management of the company assure you that one of the top managers will participate in resolving the problem in order to settle the claim promptly.
